Library assistance
Also in sixth grade, whenever possible, I used to help out in the library. I would sort books, check books in and out, and register new books in the system. I went up on an almost regular basis, during my lunch times and maybe after school if I had the time. I really enjoyed it and I encourage it, hopefully I will be able to help out again this coming term.
I think learner profiles I displayed were; open-minded, caring, and risk-taker.

Beach/school clean up
During sixth grade, last year, I enjoyed helping clean up the area outside of school. It was a fun chance to help the environment and get my hands just a little dirty! It taught me a lot about being careful with our garbage and not to litter. Despite the bugs and trash, I had a lot of fun with my classmates, which just goes to show, helping people can be fun!
I think the learner profile traits I used were; caring, risk-taker and open-minded.
