During this first term in art, I have done numerous things and learnt a lot about different components used in art. For example, one principle of art would be unity. Unity helps the artwork come together and feel as if everything belongs where it should do. This has really helped me because I often visit art galleries with my mother and it has helped me understand - and appreciate - the artist and the piece itself, a lot more.
We did a large project in which we had to find images that contained a certain principle of art and it was fun, but very time consuming and I didn't manage my time very well, but still completed it and I am proud of what I did. Both this project and the unit really helped me think of how I draw and how other artists do as well.
